In order to spend as much time with you as we feel is necessary, we do not accept any insurance for services at Solid Wellness and Aesthetics. For patients with a high deductible plan, this makes healthcare much more affordable.
Follow these simple steps before your InBody Test to ensure consistent testing conditions and the most accurate results:
Your first visit will be a comprehensive 45-60 minute visit to take a deep dive into your history and concerns. We require intake forms to be filled out prior to this visit so we can focus our time together.
If you are interested in hormone optimization, we will order hormone lab work before you are seen. Additional labs may be necessary after your initial visit.
This appointment type does not include weight loss. See below for more information on weight loss memberships.
These appointments cover only the time spent with your nurse practitioner in the office and do not allow for portal messaging with medical questions. If you have medical questions for your nurse practitioner, you will need an appointment to discuss those with them.
After the initial follow up, functional medicine patients will typically need to be seen every 3-6 months, and appointments are always necessary to review lab results or make changes to your plan of care.
Initial pellet procedure pricing includes the pellets and insertion.
Female Pellet Procedure- $350 | Male Pellet Procedure- $650
Unlike many other providers, we do not mark up or sell medication; payment for medication is made directly to the pharmacy.
If you have insurance coverage for Wegovy or ZepBound, you may be able to get those medications for as low as $25 at the pharmacy.
Other medications may be available for around $150-$200 per month.
We utilize GLP-1 medications to help support weight loss. These memberships require at least a 3-month commitment.
Blood lab work is individualized and is not included in the visit fee.
We offer low-cost blood work through our office that is ideal for patients with high deductible plans. In our office, the initial hormone lab panel costs around $150.
You also have the option to use your medical insurance for blood work. If you chose to use your insurance, we have no control over the cost of labs.
Functional lab testing (saliva, stool, and urine tests) costs are determined by the lab company. Stool testing generally costs between $300- $450, saliva testing $125 and urine testing $325. These tests are not be necessary for every patient. Your nurse practitioner will work with you to determine what testing is needed.
Supplements are another important part of functional medicine. Through supplementation, we are able to replace vitamin deficiencies, improve hormones, and heal the gut. Supplements are highly individualized and are not included in the visit fee. A 5% supplement discount is included for patients in our weight loss monthly membership.
We promise we won't email much, just the good stuff!
